Return Policy
We will graciously accept your returns up to 30 days as long as we receive an email from you within 5 days of receipt. You must contact us first to receive a Return Authorization by emailing us at hello@greatlakestore.com
Your item will exchanged or refunded (minus original shipping cost), as long as:
• You communicated with us within 5 days of receipt.
• The item is in perfect condition, has not been worn, and with tags intact.
• A copy of the original sales receipt is included.
As we are a small business, we unfortunately cannot cover shipping fees for returned items. We will, however, cover the cost of sending out the new item(s) to you for US shipments only. Canadian and International shipments cannot be exchanged, only returned. Shipping is not refunded.
Please take note, that until your item is in our hands, we cannot be responsible for it. Please track your packages.
These policies are only valid for purchases made on GreatLakeGreatLife.com. Any purchases made on third-party sites such as Etsy, Amazon, etc. have their own return policies which are stated on the respected websites.
If for some reason your merchandise arrives damaged we will do everything we can to get you a replacement as fast as possible. We do ask that you email us at hello@greatlakestore.com so we can instruct you on how to document the damage and we can in turn work with our shipper to remedy the situation.
